I have been following my passion for inspiring people to move towards a healthy lifestyle. For the past 17 years, I am functional as a nutritionist and dietitian. Following my master's degree in Food Science & Nutrition, I became an enthusiastic dietitian and continued to enhance my knowledge in this field through my consulting experience on one hand and continued formal education on the other hand. Along with several other certifications, I also hold a PG Diploma in Dietetics, ISSA California, INFS (squats), Nutrigenomic Counselor.

• I am running my own Red Apple Wellness Diets center in Nagpur under the umbrella company Red Apple Wellness Solutions in Nagpur, Mumbai, and Raipur which is the only Holistic Healthcare center in Central India.
