The first and the fundamental global truth about any sportsperson is "fitness". Based on the sports category, every sportsperson’s fitness requirement is different and so is the nutrition/diet/calorie intake requirement. Some sports need more calories and more energy while other sports need more protein. Some sports need more fat % in the body than others. e.g. A normal person needs less than 20% fats in the body but a cricketer would need to have less than 13% fats to be more sporty and agile on the field.
At Red Apple Wellness Diets Center, we have engaged with a team of experts and physicians & together we work on "Specialized as per the sport" & "customized as per the individual" nutrition and diet plan for sportsmen & sportswomen.

Sports nutrition workshops :
Interactive classroom-based or online sessions with primary teaching tools being power point presentations, class activities, individual practice time, and demonstrations.
Sports workshop content:
Wellness workshop programs combine lectures with important hands-on training. Workshops are supported by Fitness Trainer and Physiotherapist as need be . We work for sports persons and athletes in the following way:
