Child Obesity is also an increasing concern not only in India but also across the globe.

At Red Apple Wellness Diets Center, we have engaged a team of experts and together we have worked out specialized diet and exercise plans for younger as well as teenage children.

Child Obesity

Child obesity is one area where parents are concerned about their child "eating the right food and in right quantity"  along with other physical, social, and psychological problems related to the self-esteem that the child goes through. Child obesity needs to be tackled very carefully since the root causes of the same could be many including  

  • Hypothyroidism [High Serum insulin]

  • Fatty liver [Non-alcoholic]

  • High Cholesterol

  • Childhood dietetics

  • Any other physical conditions or complications or

  • Simply sedentary lifestyle or

  • Psychological problems.   


We strongly believe in figuring out the appropriate "root cause" to any child's food, nutrition, and health issues and working out a plan of action accordingly.   A physical examination like blood tests, general health checkups followed by identifying a child's "Nutrition score" and working out a meal plan that has taste, variety, fun as well as nutrition in it works well with the kids. regular periodic follow-up sessions help in tracking the progress until nutritional goals are achieved.

Kids get bored very easily... we need to add some fun element to kid' diet plans to make it interesting for them!!!!
